COVID-19

OUR RESPONSE

Friday 03/07/2020

Our production lines are now all open, however, we are still facing slight delays in shipping. Especially those abroad. For a current estimate, we predict that most orders may be delayed by up to a week after their original expected delivery date. This is likely to decrease over the next few months as we start to go back to normal procedures.

We couldn't thank all of our loyal customers enough for the level of patience you have had over the last few months. If you require any more information, please contact accounts@ggmerch.co.uk.

Thank you.

Sunday 29/03/2020

As a response to the national effort to reduce the impact of COVID-19, both the team at GG Merch and our production partners have made a difficult decision to close the majority of productions lines until April 20th.

Unfortunately, since the new year, we have felt the brute force of the virus. After reopening production facilities in China, we are now seeing closures as we battle the common enemy in Europe. As we do not truly know how long we will be at the mercy of this virus, we apologise immensely for the disruption caused, both past and present, in this worrying time.

At present, we will carry on taking orders, setting up stores and maintenance until there are any further developments in the current situation. Any order placed after the 8th March will see significant delays. All orders made before 8th March will be shipped as normal but may face further delays dependant on your local carrier. If you require any more information, please contact accounts@ggmerch.co.uk.

The best way to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus is to follow your local government advice, staying at home and restricting contact with others. As of today, GG Merch will be donating 20% of all profits from January until the end of this month to help in the battle against COVID-19.

Lets get through this together.
